You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Your return will be accepted if all of the following apply:

1. The purchase has been made exclusively from our online store (electronically or by phone).

2. The product (s) is in its original condition and the special markings (eg protectors, tabs, labels) have not been removed.

3. Any products that have been returned used, damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at his expense, the return cost.

4. The return package must include the RETURN FORM completed and the corresponding RECEIPT OF RETAIL SALE.

In the RETURN FORM (you can find it here) you are given the following alternatives:

A. REPLACEMENT: Our company will do its best to replace the product you returned to us.

Please:

1. Fill in the code (s) to return to the corresponding field.

2. Fill in the code (s) you wish to receive for replacement in the corresponding field.

When your return is received by our company, we will contact you by phone to confirm the availability of the new product / s and to proceed with the shipment. Prior to receiving the returned items, our company does not make a reservation / commitment of new product (s).

Replacement Shipping Costs:

By using our partner Elta Courier with recipient charge, the following applies:

1. If the return concerns a discount item, the cost of transport is a total of € 5.90 and they will be charged on the next order (replacement shipment).

2. If the return concerns a type of the new collection, the shipping costs of the first return are borne by the company, while for each change from there on you are charged the shipping € 3.90.

REFUND: To proceed with the refund please fill in the required details, iban, bank name and beneficiary name in the relevant fields of the form. The process is completed within 20 working days from the date we receive your return.

Refund Shipping Costs:

By using our partner Elta Courier with recipient charge, the following applies:

1. If the return concerns a discount item, the shipping cost is a total of € 3.00 and is deducted from the total amount of the deposit.

2. If the return concerns an item of the new collection, the shipping costs are borne by the company.

In case you choose to use any other transport company, regardless of the products (discount or not) you are fully charged the transport costs and you pay them to the company you have chosen when sending the parcel.
